Over 1,000 hours of formal training, alongside years of teaching and faculty experience within teacher-training environments.

Training, Lineage & Experience

My teaching is shaped by well over 1,000 hours of formal training, alongside more than a decade of consistent personal practice, teaching, and mentorship.

My foundation lies in Progressive Ashtanga Vinyasa & Rocket Yoga. From 2021–2026, I spent many years working within teacher-training environments in Puerto Rico, where I was part of the faculty team for long-form and modular trainings.

During this time, I supported and taught on at least four 200-hour Progressive Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher trainings, alongside several 50-hour advanced Rocket Yoga teacher trainings. My role went beyond assisting and included teaching on the trainings, mentoring trainees, assisting skills, and supporting the pedagogical and embodied process of learning how to teach.

This sustained involvement across multiple years and cohorts has deeply informed how I teach — with clarity, adaptability, and respect for different bodies, nervous systems, and learning styles.

I have trained under and been mentored by Erin Pritchard, Stewart Gilchrist, and David Kyle, and have also studied through workshops and intensives with teachers including David Swenson and Saraswathi Jois

I currently practise Ashtanga Mysore under the guidance of Level 2 authorised teacher Corrie Ananda.

These lineages inform my teaching without confining it — I draw from them to offer intelligent, sustainable, and embodied practice.Inversions, Handstands & Being Upside Down

My relationship with inversions developed through my love for Rocket Yoga and deepened through sustained, technical handstand training.

Since 2022, I have trained intensively in hand balancing with Sainna at the London School of Hand Balance and continue to train regularly. This ongoing study informs how I teach inversions — prioritising shoulder integrity, progressive load-bearing, nervous system safety, and confidence over force.

I share inversion work with beginners, experienced practitioners, and everyone in between, offering clear, progressive tools to build strength, awareness, and confidence upside down.
